School-wide Safe Routes to School & Bike Rodeo - see schedule in details section

Fanto Park which is the Park Elementary playground

Park Wellness Team, City of Durango (Daybreak Rotary Club, Police Dept., Durango DEVO, Gray Matters and STUCO), Park Elementary Staff & parent volunteers will be hosting the Safe Routes to School Bike Rodeo. Events will include two bike rodeo stations, helmet fitting and safety & education stations.

We encourage students to ride their bikes to school on this day. If they are not able to ride, we encourage parents to bring their student’s bike & helmet to school.

Preschool - 8:15am-9:15am
5th Grade - 8:15am-9:15am
Kindergarten - 9:15am-10:15am
1st Grade - 10:15am-11:15am
3rd Grade - 11:15am-12:15pm
2nd Grade - 12:15pm-1:15pm
4th Grade - 1:15pm-2:15pm

Awards Ceremony - All Grades in Fanto Park - 2:20pm-2:50pm
